Bad Day or Good Day – It’s Your Choice!

We have all had our fair share of bad and good days. Some days we’re at our lowest, other days we’re at our highest. Some days we get what we want, other days we get the opposite of what we want. Some days we cry, on other days we laugh. But what really is the secret behind enjoying every day and not letting our gloomy, disappointing days get the best of us?

We at Happiness Coach are here to help you so you can take control of your attitude.

On our bad days, we might be on our lowest. Fate may not be on our sides, our stars may be colliding, things may not go as planned, but it all depends on our attitude towards everything and how much importance we give to these things to label that day as a bad day.

You can either have a glass half full of water or a glass half empty, it depends on your attitude. Similarly, you can have a good day, or you can have a bay day, it is your choice.

Got scolded by the boss? Missed your bus? Flunked your exam? Bad presentation? Not ready to face your ex or go to a meeting? What makes a bad day, a bad day indeed? Your attitude. Ask yourself, was it a bad day or was it a bad hour? You can either choose to ignore the mishaps and be confident enough to face the problems or you can choose to whine about it all day long.

It may sound cliché, but life is short and every day matters. You attitude, and your energy, not only effects your day but it also effects the people around you. Your productivity, aura and vibe, is going to influence your work and your attitude. Only and only you are in charge of your mood and your energy. Look at the brighter side of the picture and understand that your attitude does not depend on your surroundings, and what happens to you but it depends on how your perception and what you take away from the hardships.

Take every day as a challenge and make sure to try to get your work done. Be productive, work hard and learn from your failures. Don’t let the hardships and the difficulties overburden your mind and body.

This does not, in any way, mean that you force yourself to be positive. Everyone has their own way of dealing with their problems. Allow yourself to whine and cry about your day but make sure to get back up and be ready to face yet another bad day, strongly. Everyone has their own coping mechanisms, but learning how to have an optimistic approach towards life and face the hardships like a challenge, is only going to benefit you. Because at the end of the day, the only way you can handle everything that life will throw at you is if you believe you can.
